Hubby is here! This is the last book in the Here in Lillyvale series, and while it can stand alone, it's definitely a much more rewarding book if you've read the other three because it loops back and reinterprets scenes in those books from a different angle.

And it is finally, FINALLY Dan's book, which I have been waiting for since the beginning of the series. Dan is just one of those characters who leap off the page and steal every scene they're in. And now he's front and centre with Makenna, who's also a scene stealer, the cool girl who's secretly a vulnerable hot mess on the inside.

As much as I'm here for my short king Dan, this is very much Makenna's book, about her finding herself and who she wants to be and wading through her insecurities, with Dan's constant support.

I loved, loved, loved working with Jenny on this whole series, and it's been so amazing to watch her progress as a writer from her first book to finished series.
